Community - To continue to build our Latino/a/x community on campus and get the Latino/a/x Faculty and Staff Association name out there
Support - To provide support to the Faculty & Staff to ensure that their experience at the University of Minnesota is welcoming
Development - To develop opportunities for Latino/a/x Faculty & Staff and to establish our association to be sustainable at the University of Minnesota
