The LFSA familia is committed to creating community and spaces where we can celebrate each other and our heritage. Our mission to build and sustain a community of belonging and advocacy for all Latino/a Faculty and Staff in order to promote a more equitable campus climate.
Over the past few years we have grown tremendously thanks to the dedication and enthusiasm of LFSA members from across campus. We have gathered for social events and to engage in critical dialogue about issues that directly impact our Latino/a/x Community. Our goals for this upcoming year are to continue to celebrate our successes and to provide supportive and educational programming for our members.
