The LFSA familia is committed to creating community and spaces where we can celebrate each other and our heritage. Our mission to build and sustain a community of belonging and advocacy for all Latino/a/x/e faculty and staff in order to promote a more equitable campus climate.
Over the year, we have gathered for social events and to engage in critical dialogue about issues that directly impact our Latino/a/x/e community. Our goals for this upcoming year are to continue to celebrate our successes and to provide supportive and educational programming for our members.
